3. Project Engagement

Projects begin only after:

  • The project scope is finalized.

  • Both parties agree to the deliverables and timeline.

  • The required advance payment (if applicable) is received.

Any additional features or requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information.

  • Share required content, branding assets, and feedback on time.

  • Review deliverables promptly.

  • Ensure they have the legal rights to any materials provided to AppVidya.

Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.

5. Payments

  • All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Work may be paused until outstanding payments are received.

  • Applicable taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the project proposal or agreement.

Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and timely client feedback.

AppVidya is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late client responses

  • Changes in project scope

  • Delayed content or asset submission

  • Unforeseen technical issues

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The final approved design files become the client’s property, unless otherwise agreed.

  • AppVidya retains ownership of its design processes, templates, reusable assets, and internal tools.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of AppVidya’s proprietary resources without written permission.

9. Portfolio Rights

Unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise, AppVidya reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose confidential project details to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

AppVidya is not liable for:

  • Business losses or lost profits.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Issues arising from third-party software, development, hosting, or app store approvals.

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

12. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools, software, fonts, plugins, APIs, or services. Their use is subject to the respective provider’s terms and policies, and AppVidya is not responsible for changes or issues related to those third-party services.

13. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice.

Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be billed, and any applicable non-refundable payments will remain non-refundable, as outlined in the project agreement.

14. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

  • Interfere with the website’s functionality or security.
