Refund Policy

At AppVidya, we are committed to delivering high-quality mobile app UI/UX design services. Since our work involves customized digital design services, every project is planned and created specifically for each client. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing our services.

1. Nature of Our Services

AppVidya provides digital design services, including:

  • Mobile App UI Design

  • User Experience (UX) Design

  • Wireframing

  • User Flow Design

  • Interactive Prototypes

  • Design Systems

  • UI/UX Consultation

As these services involve significant time, expertise, and creative effort, refunds are subject to the terms below.

2. Advance Payments

An advance payment may be required before work begins.

Once project planning, research, or design work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only if:

  • AppVidya has not started any work on your project.

  • The project is cancelled before research, planning, or design begins.

  • Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before work starts.

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable transaction or processing fees, where applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Design work has already started.

  • Initial concepts, wireframes, or UI screens have been delivered.

  • The client changes their business plans or no longer requires the project.

  • Delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals.

  • The client requests features outside the agreed project scope.

  • The project is paused or abandoned by the client after work has commenced.

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

Our goal is client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the delivered design, we encourage you to use the revision rounds included in your project agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be available at an additional cost.

6. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice.

If work has already been completed, the client will be responsible for payment for the completed portion of the project, and any advance payments already used toward completed work will not be refunded.

7. Digital Deliverables

Once design files, prototypes, or other digital deliverables have been shared with the client, they are considered delivered services and are not eligible for a refund.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

  • Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways or banks may be deducted from the refund amount.
