1. Design & Consultation Services
– Paid design work or consultations are non-refundable once work has started.
– If we haven’t started, a full refund is possible.
2. Marketing Campaigns
– Payments for ad budgets are non-refundable.
– Service fees for campaign management may be refunded only if services were not delivered.
3. Custom Agreements
– Any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
